Our light-flooded location with its industrial charm directly by the Spree river is characterised by a creative environment thanks to our interdisciplinary coworkers and artists, who can support you, if needed, in the realisation of your shoot with set and light design.
Unplastered brick walls, huge industrial windows, high ceilings with trusses and lovingly crafted woodworks all create a unique location for photo shoots, film sets and events.
The space is equipped with black and white molton curtains to divide the room and block daylight. It is located on the 1st floor, but we have a forklift for living heavy, bulky items. The room is rented unfurnished, additional molton curtains for further blacking out, molton walls and styrofoam walls and a wide range of props, such as furniture, plants and carpets, can be rented in addition. Due to the space being located in an old industrial warehouse full of other workshops and coworkers, sound recordings can be a bit tricky and need to be requested in advance. The room has a south-east direction, the sun casts a beautiful light through these New-York style windows especially in the early afternoon, but there is daylight throughout the day.
Due to its history and monumental protection, no local heating is available, but we can equip you with powerful heaters if need be.
